Of course you could build a blogging system in something like ColdFusion or php and then implement it on a site developed in DW but that would be HUGELY labor and skill intensive.  I put this blog together and made this entry in 3 minutes.  The site design I choose applies itself to the blog.<br /><br />One thing about blogging on your own site with your own software tool is that you can make entries offline and then upload them when you update the site.  This is especially cool if you are traveling and don't have a consistent web connection but you want to journal and send pix home to the family.<br /><br />This supports RSS feeds, podcasting, even the advanced iTunes tags for categories.  It's pretty darn complete.]]></content:encoded></item></channel>
