My name is Teresa (Teri) Grant and I graduated from Illinois State University. I am the Learning Center Teacher at L.E. Starke School in Pekin, Illinois. I do technology troubleshooting and teach classes in our building. Being in the Learning Center I enjoy being able teach the technology curriculum, and especially enjoy teaching the different grade levels. I have taught kindergarten, first, second, and third grades in a regular division classroom. I have found that having had experience with these four grade levels has helped me with my planning in the Learning Center. I have been featured in Instructor Magazine and Curriculum Product News for my use of the IBM TLC program in the classroom. I have two sons, one a junior in high school and my other son will be graduating from Illinois State University in May. I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors camping. We especially enjoy the mountains. |
