Open My Computer to see a map of the drives. The
District Server is shown with your logon name on Rhys (H:) |

Students can access their saved work from any
networked computer in the district. |

1. On the Novelle |

login
screen logon |

using
your User ID |
|
and
password and click OK. |
|
2. Click cancel at each dialogue box until the Novelle box appears. |

3. Open a program and create a document. |
|
|
|
|
4. When ready to save on the Menu Bar select File è Save As è Your User ID on
‘Rhys’ (H:) |
|
|
|
|
You
cannot save or retrieve documents saved on the district server if you have
not logged in with your User ID and password. |
|
|
|
|
To
check if a student has logged in check the Title Bar on the Novell delivered
applications dialogue box. |
