Teaching is a second career

I come to teaching with a business background in professional training and publishing industry that spans 25 years.

I have held a wide range of senior and executive management roles, in the domains of technology, product and curriculum development. Responsible for development and delivery of organization’s training curriculum to the financial services industry, including its online business and consumer internet strategy, continuing education and licensing courseware and evaluation and learning management systems development. Board Memberships

School Board-I served as a member and President of the Hinsdale Township High School District #86 School Board for the 2003-2007 term. Responsibilities included serving as chair of the finance, technology and policy committees. Information regarding the district can be found at Hinsdale 86 Website

UIC Center for Urban Business Advisory Board- Senior Advisor/Board Member for the Center for Urban Business, College of Business Administration, University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago, IL
Mentor/supervise undergraduate/graduate student teams developing marketing, financial, business and strategic plans for local businesses as part of student's course requirement for degree attainment.
