This site allows you to compare DNA sequences or protein sequences of different organisms. It is reasonably advanced but very cool.
Puzzlemaker
This site is run by Discovery. It allows you to make crossword puzzles, word searches, mazes, and other puzzles for your classes.
Virtual Science Room
This is one of the best science department web sites on the net!
Virtual Frog
A great virtual dissection site with many cool features including audio, video, interactive mini quizzes, and more.
