Overview Students are always asking for a pass to the water fountain, but do they know what is in the water? Ask most science students and they will tell you that they are drinking hydrogen and oxygen (they think this is the answer that you want). They don't know about the iron, copper, chlorine, and other minerals lurking in the fountain. In our Environmental Science class we will be testing our water to find out more about the liquid we must consume to sustain life. We will then compare our water fountain quality with other schools in the area of Vermilion County.
Check out my reasons for choosing this project and the details of the project on the Edpsy 490 Net Project page.
Read about our county's water fountain quality and what I learned about conducting networking projects during this activity on the Results page.
