Leigh Mowrer
Through my experiences in the CTER program, I plan to return to
teaching armed with many new techniques and strategies. With a
clear understanding of the necessary relationship between technology
and education, I have redefined my teaching philosophies and goals for
the future. I am excited to begin the second phase of my career!
