.duck tape

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Take a popcorn bearal and four foot black string tie it on the popcorn bearals ends

2.Take a 2 inch peace of duck tape put it on the tied ends

3.then paint the hole cantaner blue let it dry

take your two drum sticks and you can hit the sides of the drum can to make a hier pitch
