supplies needed

Trailer Wheel with an opening in the middle
2 rulers
a hole puncher
scissors
spray paint (or any other type of paint)
Vinyl fabric
decorative string
eyelets (6mm)

<>INSTRUCTIONS

first you get the vinyl fabric
than you get the scissors and cut two big circles,bigger than the wheel
punch about 16 holes around the circle(depending on how big the circle is you might need to punch more or less)
put 6 mm eyelets in the holes
put the two holy vinyl fabric over the wheel
then put the decorative string the holes vertically and tightly tie the string tigthly in a strong knot
