YOU NEED:
1. PVC pipes
2. blue & red spray paint
3. jig saw
4. 2 big pieces of wood & one skinny piece
5. fishing string
6. washers
7. small drill bid
8. skinny medal pole
9. 2 rectangular pieces of floor tile
10 .8 screws
11. one shelf brace

INSTRUCTIONS:
First get all different sized PVC pipes. Thick, skinny, and medium pipes. Tall, short, and medium sizes of PVC pipes. Then we used a jig saw to cut the PVC pipes into different sizes. Then we got red and blue spray paint. Spray paint the PVC pipes red and blue, but leave some spots white so it's red, white, and blue. Then let it dry for one hour straight. Then we used a small sized drill bid to drill a hole through each of the PVC pipes at the top. The next thing we did was that we put the fishing string through the two holes and taped the top of the fishing string to hold it together. We put both of the big pieces of the wood together to make an "L" shape. Then we put the shelf brace to connect the "L" shaped pieces of wood. Then we made holes through the floor tile to put the fishing string in after we took the tape off of the fishing string. Then we had to get the washers. We put the two pieces of fishing string through the tile floor and then through the washers and then tie the fishing string in a not on it.
