Materials:

wood
paint red, white and blue
tape measure
tape
glue
tablesaw
nails
screws
fishing wire
stickers
newspaper

First we had adult help cutting and putting together the frame.Next we painted the whole thing white. Next we taped off the white stripes. Then we painted a corner blue and the rest red. Finally we put in screws and attached fishing wire. We ripped off the tape and we were done.
