E & M's Super Duper Pluck-O-Matic

Supplies needed

1. Toilet paper or other cardboard roll
2. Scissors
3. 1 rubber band
4. Tape
5. Tissue paper
6. Regular paper

Instructions

1. Cut 2 1/2 inch circles 1 ft. between each other in the middle of the roll.
2. 1/4 inches below your circles, put a 1/2 in. x 2 1/2 inch rectangle.
3. Get 1 piece of tissue paper and cut circles to put around the ends of the roll. Tape.
4. Get the regular paper and put it around the cut out spaces. Decorate as desired.
5. PLAY! Put your pinkie fingers in the holes. Put the rubber band around your fingers and have a friend pluck the rubber band.
