Dreamweaver allows users to do all of the simple things like adding images, backgrounds, type, tables, hyperlinks, as well as more complicated features.

I added a few rollover buttons on the left using a table. If you roll your mouse over them, you will notice they change colors. They are also linked to other pages in my website.

Another great feature that Dreamweaver allows you to do is create a website through templates. This is a great feature for those who are new to web design.
