Playground Rules
- Use common sense.
- No rough stuff on the playground
this includes all forms of contact games and above all NO fighting in
any form.
- Pupils are not to bring bats or
balls from home.
- Do not interfere with any
organized game.
- No throwing of stones, dirt, or
anything other than a ball.
- Stay out of mud and water. Walk
around it, not through it.
- No snowball throwing. Also, no washing faces in the snow.
- When the bell rings, children
should line-up and enter the building in an orderly quiet manner when
instructed by the supervisor. Do not push
or shove. Do not let others cut in line.
- Boots or shoe boots must be worn
out-of-doors in inclement weather. Students must have separate shoes
for the classroom if shoe boots are worn to school as the exterior
footwear.
- Inappropriate language is not
acceptable.
- Please share all playground
equipment so all may have a chance to use it.
- Children are expected to stay in
designated playground areas away from all parking areas.
- Students are not to take other
children’s hats, gloves, or other articles to play keep away.
- Contact an adult supervisor if
you are being hassled on the playground.
Authorized Games
Catch………………………….with
a soft ball—no hard balls allowed
Football……………………..but
only touch. Tackling is not permitted.
Kickball……………………..avoid
unnecessary roughness.
Circle
Games……………refrain from games which include any form of
body contact.
Basketball………………….no
rough stuff---avoid body contact.
