This project was developed with four classmates to investigate the
use of web filters. In this project we look at how filters are currently
used in schools, legal and ethical issues concerning filtering, alternatives
to filtering, how to educate the school community on filter use, and
we share a plan to assist in the use of web filters.
I developed and implemented and evaluation of the student and parent
use of the North Newton Jr/Sr High
School website. In this project I gather information about how
people are using the website along with why they are visiting the
site, and how many times they have used the website. After gathering
the information, I synthesized the information and made recommendations
for better use of the website.
This project is an evaluation of the assessemtn procedures in my
school publications course. In this project I evaluated my current
procedures and made changes to the assessments to assist in creating
fair and effective assessment procedures.
As a musician and former member of the Guild
of American Luthiers, I have an interest in the development and
design of acoustic instruments. This project I developed as an undergraduate
at Ball State University to describe
and document how guitars are designed and created for potential luthiers.
