How proficient are you at surfing the Internet?  This extra credit quiz tests your detective abilities at
finding information online.  Some answers are easy to find, while others are a bit more difficult.  What do
you need to do to successfully accomplish the quiz?  It is simple!   Just follow these steps:
  1. Grab a sheet of notebook paper.
  2. Write your name in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Number 1 - 21 down the left hand margin.
  4. For each question, there will be a website you need to visit to find the answer.  Simply click on the image located next to each question to be directed to the website you need.  Remember, only use the websites that go along with each question to find the answer. Other websites may give you wrong information!
  5. When you find an answer, write it down next to the corresponding number on your notebook paper.
  6. Find all 21 answers to the best of your ability - when you are finished, turn it in to Mr. Juliano.
  7. Have fun!

For questions 13-21, you will need to use Google Maps.  Go to the website and type in “Crystal Lake, Illinois” into the search bar at the top of the screen.  Click “search maps.”  A map of Crystal Lake and the surrounding areas should appear on your screen.  Use the map on your screen to answer the questions.
