The Professional It is not enought to teach my students about art.  I must educate the community, my peers and myself.  As we all know visual arts education is not always considered a core or important part of a students education.  It is important that as artists, teachers, students and members of our communities that we continue to be the voice for arts eduction, even if it feels as if we are the sole voice.   "I do not want art for a few any more than education for a few, or freedom for a few."
