Holiday Report:

The holiday report is an interdisciplinary study of different European countries. Each student has a different country to research.  The research includes specific items of interest for each country about the culture, climate, geography and the type of place it is.  The report also includes traditions on a specific holiday that the country celebrates.  The report is graded for content in social studies class and for structure in language arts class.

Asia Project:

Asia is a large continent with many different cultures to explore.  While we study Asia, the students will be getting into groups of three or four and focusing on one country in which to become experts.  The final product will be a poster that will include specific areas of information.
