I have completed a graduate degree from University of Illinois through the CTER program. CTER is an acronym that stands for Curriculum, Technology and Education Reform. The classes have been a learning experience and its project-based program has improved my ability to teach to the best of my ability while building lessons that I can use in my classroom. I have also taken a class for teaching gifted children through Aurora University.  This class was a great way to become familiar with differentiation for all types of learners.  I worked on the mythology unit for this class.  The unit now ensures that all different levels of learners where able to excel and could do different projects according to their ability level.  I have worked on all of my lessons and units in order to accommodate all types of learners and include all ability levels as well.
