to Submit an Article

To submit an
article to The Global Gazette, choose a category from the
list
at the left. Then, supply the following information and submit it by clicking e-mailing it to the following address: the_global_gazette@hotmail.com. Numbers marked with * are mandatory in order for the article to be considered for publication.
Articles should be written in Englishonly and will be published according to space and appropriateness. The final decision will be made by the project coordinator,Anne Catey. |
| Current Events
:
Comments or opinions on local or national events. |
Extra Curricular
Activities:
Student council, scholastic bowl, school plays, musicals, concerts, etc. |
| Classes:
Special classroom activities like a cool unit, field trips, or competitions. Also, stories on exemplary students. |
Hot Topics:
School violence, coping techniques, peer pressures, alcoholism, drug abuse, etc. |
| Sports:
Seasonal reports on all school sports. Stories on outstanding athletes and/or performances. |
College:
Different fields of study, tips on scholarship, tips for standardized testing like the ACT |
| School Events:
Homecoming events, incentive programs, guest speakers, special assemblies, dances. |
Miscellaneous:
Anything that doesn't fall into the other categories: photography, cafeteria issues, etc. |

Articles must
be submitted by the following dates in order to be published in the subsequent
issue of The Global Gazette.
The Global Gazette will be published on the last day of July (Special Issue), October, December, March, and May. |
