This is where you will go for most of your editing needs.  This menu can help you get your web page up and running very quickly. 
  • Choose "Font" to select a style of type you want for your web page.  There are several from which to choose (approximately 150).  The font style in which I have typed this information is called "Arial".  Some examples of the different font styles available are seen below:

Cooper Black
Elephant
Freestyle Script
Impact
Jokerman
Lucida Calligraphy

  • Choose "Size" to select what size you want for your font.  There are 7 different sizes from which to choose.  The examples below illustrate the size of font used:

  • Choose "Style" to select different special effects for your text.  There are 8 different special effects available.    It is very easy to do.  Just examine the box that appears, highlight your choice, and click "OK".  The examples below illustrate each special effect offered.  You can use any combination of these fonts as well.

Italic
Subscript
Underline
Blinking
Strikethrough
Nonbreaking 
  • Choose "Remove All Styles" to do just that - remove any font commands that were previously issued.
  • Choose "Heading" to quickly put the font into a certain size and style.  The examples below illustrate each choice that is available.

This is Heading 1. 

This is Heading 2.

This is Heading 3.

  • Choose the "Paragraph" option to get the following effects:
This is normal form.
This is Address form.
This is formatted form.
    This is block quote form.
    This is description title form.
    This is description text form.
  • Choose "List" to get a list of bullets used in setting information apart from other information.  Examples of these bullets are illustrated below:

    • Choose "Align" to select the alignment of your text.  The examples below illustrate the alignment choice.
    Left Alignment

    Right Alignment
    • Choose "Increase Indent" to do just that - increase indention. See the example below:
      This is increased indention.
    • Choose "Decrease Indent" to do just that - decrease indention. See the example below:

    • This is decreased indention.
    • Choose "Character Properties" to receive a dialogue box which allows you to edit the font size, type, color, and style.  It also permits you to change the paragraph details and allows you to link from this box.  This is convenient.  You can get it all done at once, instead of choosing each individual category.
    • Choose "Table Properties" to edit an entire table, a row, and/or a cell.  This is a convenient way to edit several table properties at once.
    • Choose "Page Colors and Properties" to edit several categories dealing mainly with background, text, and link colors.  Below is an example of this dialogue box:
