Filling In Forms

Filling In Information using Adobe Acrobat:

1. Open the Fill-in Form document.

2. Make sure the Pointer Button (Hand) is selected on the Acrobat Toolbar. This will hide the fields and allow information to be entered.

3. Using your mouse, place your cursor where you want to fill in information.

4. Type in the required information.

5. Select the desired options.

6. You can save the filled-in document (See Saving Forms). Make sure you change the name of the file to keep your empty fill-in form.

Filling In Information using Adobe Acrobat Reader:

1. Open the Fill-in Form document.

2. Using your mouse, place your cursor where you want to fill in information.

3. Type in the required information.

4. Select the desired options.

5. Saving the file will only save the form. The filled-in information will not be saved.
