2. I usually take different techniques and combine them so I
feel the results are fairly accurate. Also in education you
need to have different tools for different children. One
system of discipline doesn’t work on each student just like it doesn’t work for each teacher.
B. Teaching as a Developmental Process
1. I feel that I am probably in the Reflective-Confident Level
a. There are still some discipline issues I find difficult
to deal with
b. I feel that I am moving towards the Prescriptive-
Experienced Level, but still have to learn more about
classroom management .
