Resources Needed

For students to adequately perform the research needed for this WebQuest, they need access to computers that are connected to the Internet. A teacher could also use an LCD projector to project this WebQuest on a screen in the classroom. To complete the presentation portion of the project, students will need access to a word processing program and a PowerPoint program.

The links to the web sites used as resources for students are current and function as of October 2006. This does not guarantee that these sites will be correct in the future.

Students are great resources for each other when it comes to computer usage. Put the students in groups with a computer savvy partner and save yourself a lot of headaches!

Evaluation

The evaluation link has a printer friendly version of the evaluation rubric. Students will present their project to the whole class via PowerPoint, posters or handouts.
