Procedure:
Students will participate in online project. To begin students
will take a Body Mass Index Quiz which gives them an idea of their body
composition of lean to fat body tissue. After completing the self
BMI assessment, students will be taking quizzes and participating in
surveys. After completing those 2 items, the class will be
completing a spreadsheet of our BMI calculations based on age, rating
our health savvyness, and reviewing surveys. To assess our
personal physiological and psychological aspects of health, students

which activities are the most popular, least popular, hardest, and
easiest, and will also provide a comparison for the research papers.
